Sunrise on Lone Mountain
Waiting for the SunA few weeks back a few friends and I decided to hike up Lone Mountain (Mountain in the NW corner of Vegas) and watch the sun come up. Now I normally try not to spend any time awake during the 5 AM hour but this was an exception. We busted up (without the use of oxygen canisters , take that Sherpas of the world) and enjoyed watching the sun come up over the Vegas Valley. This is a great place; you just have to be willing to explore it.

I love Vegas too -- there is so much there and you're right - you just have to explore. Great pics.
