I work on "The Talk," a daytime talk show on CBS, and we will be welcoming Dr. Phil as a guest on November 1st, 2011, the day after Halloween.
I was hoping we could use the photo posted here of you as Dr. Phil during a discussion about how many people dress up as Dr. Phil on Halloween.
Will you please let me know if you will be okay with this, and if so, what the best fax number or email address is for us to send our photo release to?
We will need to receive this by the end of the day on Monday so please get back to me as soon as you can.
